寧波赫德實驗學校為全日制民辦學校，目前有海曙和鄞州兩個校區，分別位于海曙解放南路10號和鄞州盛墊邱隘，開設十五年一貫制的幼兒園、小學、初中和高中課程，初高中學生實行寄宿制，為渴求國際化教育的中國家庭提供全方位、國際化的，從學前到高中的一體化的教育解決方案。以雙語教學為特色的“赫德”扎根于中國文化，結合國際化的教育理念，致力于為中國的學生提供高品質的雙語融合教育。中方校長為原鄞州中學校長方勛臣。外方執行校長為莊華倫(Warren Johnston)，曾擔任上海包玉剛實驗學校創校校長以及外方執行校長。

Founded in 2014 by EliteK12, HD Ningbo School is a private bilingual school. HD Ningbo School has two campuses: Haishu campus located at No.10 South Jiefang Road, and Yinzhou Campus located at Shengdian Qiuai,Yinzhou District.
