Caralyn is a dual National Australian and American and calls both countries home. She has lived all over the world including several states in Australia and the USA as well as global icons like London and Shanghai.

Caralyn擁有澳大利亞和美國的雙重國籍，并把這兩個國家都視為自己的故鄉。作為世界公民，她生活過的足跡遍布全球各地，包括澳大利亞、美國的多個州、英國倫敦以及中國上海等國際公認的地區。

In 2013 Caralyn was named as Teacher of the Year for the Northern Territory for her work both in and out of the classroom and her desire to go above and beyond for all students and their families.

Caralyn在課堂內外有著卓越的教學能力，加之其不斷提升自我能力以給到學生和家庭的體驗，因此她也在2013年獲得了“北部地區年度較佳教師”稱號。

In 2018 and 2019 Caralyn was a finalist in the Australian Education Awards for her innovative work with International Students in Boarding. Caralyn is a frequent speaker at Boarding events in Australia, where she is seen as an expert in International Boarding. She is passionate about giving all students the best possible experience whilst ensuring their well-being is held at the forefront of every decision.

Caralyn joins ISA Science City, having most recently served as the Director of International Education and Boarding at Toorak College, one of Australia’s most highly regarded independent day and boarding schools.

在加入愛莎科學城學校前，Caralyn擔任圖拉克學院的國際教育與寄宿主管，該學院也是澳大利亞負有盛名的走讀和寄宿學校。

Caralyn believes that boarding is only successful if the students, parents and boarding staff have open and honest communication. It is her belief that this allows us all to work together for the best outcomes for everyone.

Caralyn相信，學生、家長與寄宿管理人員之間坦誠的交流是寄宿成功的前提， 因此全體校園社區成員的共同努力將較大化的促成每位成員的發展。
